Sheila Krishnan, MD, Atlab STEM Academy along with other officials from Mogappair Government Girls High School and Rotary Club of Chennai Mid City
CHENNAI: Atlab STEM Academy, an educational learning initiative of the Centena Group of Companies in India, inaugurated an Atlab facility at the Mogappair Girls High School, on Wednesday. This initiative is a part of Rotary Club of Chennai Mid City’s Memorandum of Understanding with the government of Tamil Nadu. In this facility, Atlab will provide a full-fledged teaching support to the school through activity-based learning solutions aligned with the curriculum of CBSE and Samacheer Kalvi. The facility will include 21st century laboratory equipment, activity kits, technology, science-training systems and programmes suitable for K12 education to help students understand complex concepts related to Science, Mathematics and Engineering. However, in terms of upgrading the educational system of the school, the Rotary Club selected Atlab Stem Academy as it assures highest quality education, modern teaching equipment and qualified teaching staff. During the event, Sheila Krishnan, managing director of Atlab STEM Academy said, “We thank Rotary Club of Chennai Mid City and Mogappair Girls High School for giving us this opportunity. Through this facility, we wish to transform the lives of many students by assisting them to create a better future. Stem education is the need of the hour and there are ample benefits of learning through it.
